Welcome to Morocco!

We begin our trip with the transfer from Essaouira bus station from 13:00 before heading to the Truck’s location at Sidi Kaouki beach.

Once at the Truck we’ll run a short briefing, introduce you to your new home on wheels for the week and show you the uniqueness and curiosities of the Truck.

After this, we’ll go for our first surf in the area before watching the sunset together, strolling through Sidi Kaouki village and dining in an excellent local restaurant.

Note that it’s also possible to arrange dromedary or horse riding along the beach and cliffs (optional experiences).

Upon waking up you’ll be greeted by the gentle roar of the ocean. We’ll then start the day with a short trip to a hidden surf village with world-class waves. Our guides and surf coaches will take you to the best waves for your skill level.

After your surf, we’ll explore Essaouira’s vibrant Medina – an essential experience for anyone visiting Morocco.

Once the day ends it’s time to celebrate, at which point we’ll enjoy some live traditional music in a local restaurant within the Medina.

A traditional Moroccan bath (Hammam) and a massage at a local spa are also available (optional experience).

After an awesome breakfast buffet (complete with sweeping views over Sidi Kaouki beach) and an early surf session with no one around, we’ll head south towards Imsouane while the Truck is packed for the next location.

At this point of the trip, you’ll be privy to incredible views of the rugged Moroccan coast plus the distant mountains and local villages.

Once in Imsouane, we’ll check the surf spots from the top of a cliff. It’s at this point that you’ll lay eyes on the stunning African landscape and one of the longest waves in the country.

The rest of the day will be dedicated to surfing or skating.

Your day starts on Wednesday with a relaxing yoga session overlooking the beach and an early morning surf where you can ride waves until you can paddle no more!

Our surf coaches will join and keep you stoked. Then, once we’re done, we’ll take a break to wander through the local fish market, surf shops and restaurants.

Depending on the conditions, we might also check out a hidden surf spot complete with dromedaries on the beach before coming together for a community-style BBQ and a surf videos analysis session that involves watching your clips from the day and offering tips.

If you’re still keen to party afterward, you can join the crew in a local Karaoke bar or watch a group of Berber musicians play traditional instruments on the beach around a bonfire (optional experience).

After one last surf session in Imsouane, we’ll hit the road and head south to our next destination – a Berber village on the coast in Desert Point roughly 20 minutes from Taghazout.

Once here we’ll watch the Truck transform into your accommodation for the night and take photos and videos of the stunning landscape around our new home base.

The end of the day will be marked by a sunset surf session. We’ll then settle in for a relaxing evening, complete with a delicious tagine in the home of the local community.

We made it to the Taghazout area wiith more than 15 surf spots to choose from, our guides and surf coaches will take you to the most epic waves in the region.

If, however, the conditions don’t align, we’ll travel to a tropical valley in the mountains of Agadir (where there’s more than a few surprises in store) or go sand surfing in the dunes of a nearby desert.

Finally, we’ll watch the sun set over Taghazout and get together for one last dinner with your crew.

The last day will involve a chilled morning where you can either hang out at the truck or go for an easy early surf session.

Then, at breakfast, we’ll go over the videos and photos we’ve taken together on this trip before driving you to the drop-off location at Agadir Airport (between 8:00 – 13:00).
